Scottish independence: Nicola Sturgeon dismisses No vote pledge

Deputy leader of the Scottish National Party, Nicola Sturgeon, has dismissed a pledge by the three main UK party leaders promising "extensive new powers" for the Scottish Parliament.

David Cameron, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg all put their names to the joint declaration.

But Nicola Sturgeon said the only guarantee of more powers was a vote for independence.
