Smith Commission: Stewardship of the Crown Estate

The UK government will publish draft legislation on the delivery of new powers for Scotland as proposed by the Smith Commission.

As well as gaining control over income tax and some benefits, the Scottish Parliament will take over managing the assets of the Crown Estate.
