Survey shows reduction in rural crime

The results of a survey show that crime in rural areas of Scotland appears to be falling.

Insurer NFU Mutual said it cost the economy £1.8m in 2014, a reduction of £100,000 from 2013.

Theft of farm equipment, including quad bikes, and cyber crime contributed to the figures.

BBC Scotland's Aileen Clarke reports.
