Scottish Green Party view of independence

The leaders of the main political parties in Scotland have asked been asked for their views on Scottish independence.

Scottish Green Party co-convener Patrick Harvie believes there will have to be a "different context" for another independence referendum, have a written constitution produced by the Scottish people in a citizen-led process and lead to further devolution of power to local government.
