Mike Russell warns MSPs might block EU Great Repeal Bill

Scotland's Brexit minister has warned that Theresa May's EU Great Repeal Bill might not be endorsed by the Scottish Parliament.

Mike Russell argued that such a bill would require legislative consent from MSPs because it affected devolved matters.

In a BBC interview he suggested that consent could be withheld if Scotland's interests were not being represented during the Brexit negotiations.
