Asia's cool jobs: The weatherman on an island with 25 people
Would you like a job that promises plenty of peace and quiet?
Wood Lai has found one. He works as a weather observer at Dong Ji Island, one of the most remote places in Taiwan - population: 25.
Improved relations with China have lead to significant growth in shipping and fishing in recent years, making Taiwan's weather observers much more important.
"It's true it's a little boring," Mr Lai tells the BBC's Cindy Sui, but, he says, "the work is my favourite".
