Caerphilly chief Anthony O'Sullivan in pay inquiry suspension

The chief executive of Caerphilly council has been suspended as police investigate the way he was awarded a £25,000 pay rise last year.

The council has already changed its mind on the pay rise, but this week auditors said they had still acted unlawfully.
