Gwent Levels waste dumping: David John Neal pleads guilty

The director of a waste management company has been given a three-month suspended prison sentence and fined £10,000 for what the judge described as a "substantial and serious pollution incident" in Cardiff.

The two companies run by David John Neal were also fined £100,000 between them and ordered to clean up their site by next January.
