Court warning over Welsh council chiefs' pay

Councils have warned that attempts to restrict the pay of their top officials could end up in the courts.

The Welsh government has been hammering out an agreement with their opponents over the pay of council chief executives.

The opposition says it has forced ministers into a u-turn that will make their salaries more accountable.

But as Daniel Davies reports, council leaders have warned it could damage public services.
