David Jones against Wales having same powers as Scotland
Welsh Secretary David Jones has said he does not think Wales should be devolved the same powers as Scotland.
In a speech at Cardiff University's Wales Governance Centre, he said he supports "the current arrangements for devolution in the UK as providing the constitutional flexibility with which the peoples of all the British nations are comfortable".
His comments come as the Silk Commission continues to examine the Welsh assembly's powers. It has already said the Welsh government should have some tax-varying powers, and is due to report to the UK government next year.
Mr Jones explained more to BBC Wales' political editor Betsan Powys. He also told her there should be more "rough and tumble" at the Senedd.
