Women bishops vote in Wales splits clergy

Father Ben Andrews, rector of Cadoxton in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, and Canon Eileen Davies, who looks after four churches in rural Ceredigion, share their views about Thursday's vote on women bishops in Wales.

Father Andrews asks whether some clergy will leave the ministry if they feel unable to accept a woman bishop as the head of their diocese, while Canon Davies says the church has to look forward.
