Joseph Rowntree Foundation: 'High time' for living wage
The co author of a report into poverty in working households in Wales said it was "high time" for a living wage.
Peter Kenway, director of the New Policy Institute, said pay in Wales was "very, very low" and the issue was being "ignored" by politicians.
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation found both a "rising tide" of in-work poverty and the highest proportion of households on a low income in Britain.
Mr Kenway suggested a living wage of just under £7.50 an hour.
The Welsh government said it wanted to get more people into full-time and high quality work through its Tackling Poverty Action Plan.
Bethan Rhys Roberts spoke to Mr Kenway.
