Children's flu vaccine could ease strain on NHS in winter

A new flu vaccine for children as young as two and three could help the strain on the NHS over the winter, says the British Medical Association in Wales.

All children up to 16 could soon be vaccinated every year as part of a new strategy by Public Health Wales.

Until now only people aged 65 and over or those with an underlying condition have been offered the vaccine on the NHS.
