Wales gets 'extra ammunition at its disposal', says Silk

The chairman of the inquiry into the future of devolution in Wales said the Welsh government had been given extra ammunition at its disposal.

On Friday Prime Minister David Cameron announced new financial powers for the devolved administration.

It follows the publication of a report last year which said the Welsh government should have new tax powers.
