Tree crashes onto car in Bridgend in storm

Storm-force winds gusting up to 80mph have brought down trees and caused difficult driving conditions in Wales.

Around 5,000 homes in south and west Wales are without power.

The M4 was closed both ways between Margam and Pyle after a caravan overturned at 16:30 GMT.

There were a number of fallen trees in Bridgend, including in Park Street.

Resident Barbara Yorwerth told BBC Wales' Matt Murray how a female driver managed to escape unharmed after a tree hit her car.
