World War One: Art was used as a weapon says expert
As remembrance services are held across the country, next year will mark 100 years since the outbreak of World War One.
A series of events and exhibitions marking the conflict's anniversary will be held, including a four-year programme at museums in Wales.
Some of Britain's most moving poetry emerged from the darkest days of WW1, such as Siegfried Sassoon reading Died of Wounds.
