E-cigarettes should be banned in public places, health officials say
Electronic cigarettes should be banned in public places, public health officials have said.
Public Health Wales claims banning the products would help prevent them undermining efforts to encourage people to stop smoking.
It says e-cigarettes are not regulated, the quantity of nicotine they use varies widely and smokers cannot tell if they are safe.
Dr Eamon Jessop from the British Medical Association told Good Morning Wales presenter Oliver Hides he had mixed feelings about the e-cigarettes.
