Winston Roddick to give public a say on police spending

Winston Roddick, the police and crime commissioner for north Wales, is giving people the chance to decide on how he spends their money.

It is known as participatory budgeting and supporters say it can rebuild trust in politicians, and engage voters in important decisions about their community.

David Cornock spoke to Mr Roddick on BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Supplement.
