David Cameron 'happy to help' flood-hit Wales

David Cameron says help has been offered to Wales after the recent storms, despite flood defences being a devolved issue.

Visiting Pembrokeshire, the prime minister said he was "always happy to talk and help" but would not commit to financial assistance until the waters had receded and the damage had been assessed.

Mr Cameron spoke to BBC Wales' environment correspondent Iolo ap Dafydd.
