Drakeford: New health targets 'evolution not revolution'

The Health Minister Mark Drakeford has announced a major overhaul of the way the performance of the ambulance service and A&E departments in Wales are monitored and measured.

Mr Drakeford says new indicators will be developed which he claims will give patients a more "meaningful" understanding of the quality of care they can expect to receive.

However, the leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats Kirsty Williams claims this is a cynical move by the government.

Mr Drakeford spoke to Oliver Hides on BBC Radio Wales.
