Emotional support not co-ordinated', says diabetes sufferer

Health boards need to do more to improve services for patients with chronic conditions, according to a new report by the auditor general for Wales.

It concluded that progress had been made since 2008 when the auditor warned services across Wales were poorly co-ordinated. However, six years on several health boards still do not have a detailed plan for change.

BBC Radio Wales' Kayleigh Thomas spoke to 22-year-old Rebecca Moore from Swansea who has type 1 diabetes. She asked her what support she would have liked to have seen which was not available when she was first diagnosed.
