Carwyn Jones defends Wales' NHS record

First Minister Carwyn Jones has defended his government's handling of the Welsh health service following criticism from Prime Minister David Cameron.

In April Mr Cameron said Wales was witnessing a "national scandal" as Offa's Dyke "has become the line between life and death".

The Welsh government will publish the latest progress report of its Programme for Government later.
