Measuring devolution: Food bank helps working people

We're looking back at how successful devolution has been over the last 15 years.

BBC Wales economics editor Sarah Dickins spoke to Andrew Sturgess of Abergele Food Bank about what changes he'd seen.

He said they were increasing numbers of people referred to them for help are in jobs, not just on benefits.

He said it was hard to see improvements over the last 15 years in places like Rhyl and Abergele.
