South Wales valleys rail electrification row steps up

The row over who pays for the electrification of the rail network in the south Wales valleys has intensified.

There has been deadlock in recent months as governments in London and Cardiff argue over funding.

Now Welsh Secretary David Jones has accused Welsh government ministers in Cardiff Bay of putting the entire project in jeopardy.
