Fines bid over smoking in cars with children in Wales

People who smoke in cars with children in them could face penalty points and a fine under plans for a new law by the Welsh government.

It is hoped it will have a huge impact in reducing harm from second-hand smoke as a new report suggests children in Wales's most deprived communities are twice as likely to die in any one year than those born in the richest areas.
