World War One: BBC presenter on trail of war hero ancestor
As BBC Wales looks at the centenary of World War One and the impact it had on the lives of men and women across the country, presenter Oliver Hides has been finding out more about the role his family played.
He will be visiting Flanders where a memorial to commemorate the Welsh people who fought in the war will be unveiled, and looking at some of the sites where his great-grandfather Percy Laverick fought.
Oliver joined family history expert Cat Whiteaway on a trip to the Royal Artillery Archives in London to find out more about his ancestor's war record.
