Nato: Newport and Cardiff policing on 'enormous' scale
As officials from across the world start arriving in Wales for the Nato summit in Newport, the public is being warned to expect an increase in traffic disruption.
Roads between the Celtic Manor Resort and Cardiff are most likely to be hit, but there are no plans to close the M4.
Traffic is already feeling the squeeze in Cardiff with lane closures to make room for security fences.
Chief Superintendent Alun Thomas, from South Wales Police, is the silver commander for the Nato summit, which is being held on Thursday and Friday.
He told BBC Radio Wales' Felicity Evans the scale of the event is unprecedented in policing terms in the UK.
