British Legion opens first 'pop in' centre in Cardiff
The Royal British Legion has launched a 'pop in' centre in Cardiff where people leaving the armed forces will be able to receive advice and support.
First Minister Carwyn Jones visited the facility in the city centre, ahead of its opening to the public in October.
It is hoped the centre will help the Legion meet a growing demand for its services. Similar centres will soon be opening in Swansea, Wrexham and Caernarfon.
Phil Jones, Wales manager for the Royal British Legion, external, describes what it will offer and Falklands War veteran Simon Weston explains why ex-service personnel need support.
