Scotland Yes vote impact unmistakable on Wales says Hague

A Yes vote in the Scottish referendum would have an "unmistakable" impact on Wales, said former Welsh Secretary William Hague, adding that the UK was "something greater than the sum of our parts".

Mr Hague was responding to Montgomeryshire MP Glyn Davies during Prime Minister's Questions about the issue.

He was standing in for David Cameron as the leaders of the main UK parties were in Scotland campaigning for a No vote.

The vote on Scottish independence is due to be held on 18 September.

Cemlyn Davies reports.
