'Home rule all round' call by Carwyn Jones

Wales' First Minister Carwyn Jones has called for "home rule all round" as the fairest solution for the future of the UK.

He was speaking to the Labour Party conference in Manchester as differences emerge between the main parties over their response to the Scottish vote rejecting independence.

Mr Jones said he was pleased his party leader Ed Miliband had backed his idea of a constitutional convention, adding that only Labour could deliver a "fair, better Britain".
