Wales should not be 'neglected' after Scots vote says Paul Silk

Paul Silk, chair of a commission on Welsh devolution, has said Wales must not be neglected in discussions on further devolution within the UK following Scotland's vote to reject independence.

He told Vaughan Roderick on BBC Radio Wales any extra powers given to Scotland should also be considered for Wales.

"I very much hope that in this process the interests of Wales are not marginalised and not neglected," he said.
