Assembly 'should drive' with 16-vote, Keith Towler says

The voting age in Wales should "certainly" be in place for the 2016 assembly elections, says Wales' children's commissioner.

Keith Towler said politicians in Wales should "build on the momentum" Wales' teenagers have for the idea after seeing it work during the Scottish independence referendum.

Mr Towler spoke to Cemlyn Davies for BBC Wales' Sunday Politics show.
