End Wales NHS 'point scoring', Lib Dems say

The Welsh Liberal Democrats have renewed their call for a cross-party commission on the future of the Welsh NHS.

It follows a week of sustained criticism of Welsh Labour's record on health by the Conservatives and the Daily Mail newspaper.

Health Minister Mark Drakeford defended Labour by saying the NHS was under pressure across the UK.

Speaking on the BBC's Sunday Politics Wales, Liberal Democrat AM Eluned Parrott said politicians should think more about patients than point scoring.
