Sales boost for shops in Cardiff's St David's Centre

Retailers at one of Wales's leading shopping centres are being boosted by record numbers of visitors over Christmas, managers say.

St David's Centre in Cardiff could take more than £2m on Boxing Day alone, according to its general manager Mark Nott.

Stores in Swansea and Wrexham have also reported brisk trading, with bargain hunters queuing as early as 02:45 GMT.
