Rare fish filmed in daylight in Llyn Padarn, Snowdonia
A shoal of rare fish approaching spawning grounds in a Snowdonia lake has been captured on camera for the first time in daylight hours.
Thousands of Arctic charr have been released into Llyn Padarn over the past few years to help restore their numbers.
The population there had been in decline with some blaming poor water quality.
The footage was taken by Wales' environment body Natural Resources Wales.
