Central Brecon Mountain Rescue 4x4 flips over on ice

Four mountain rescuers had a lucky escape when the Land Rover they were travelling in rolled over on ice.

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue team were on their way to rescue at Neaudd Ridge, Penyfan.

Four people in the Land Rover were travelling down a steep road between Pontsticill and Aber village when the vehicle hit an ice patch on a bend.

"The car is a write off, but thankfully no-one was injured," said one of the team.
