Is Wales cashing in on high spending in the south east of England?

The main theme of Chancellor George Osborne's Budget is expected to spell out what he sees as his achievements, such as halving the deficit, and that the economy is recovering well.

We know that growth is being enjoyed most in parts of London and the south east of England, but how is that affecting Wales?

Hiut Denim, a three-year-old company in Cardigan, Ceredigion, is benefiting from spending in London and has more orders for its handmade jeans than it can satisfy.

Co-founder David Hieatt told BBC Wales economics correspondent Sarah Dickins the internet had opened up the possibility of world markets, and if what you make is right, it doesn't matter where you make it.
