Budget 2015: 'Home is my safety place I never had'

The chancellor will deliver the first all-Conservative Budget in almost two decades on Wednesday.

George Osborne is expected to slow the pace of the UK government's plans to cut £12bn from welfare spending, saying it will take three years instead of two.

The Budget is also expected to cover Sunday trading, inheritance tax, social housing and an increase in tax allowances.

Rachel Wood, from Newport, is concerned housing benefit will be cut for under 25 year olds.
