'New rule book' needed for Welsh language broadcasting
Rapid changes in how we consume the media mean "a new rule book" for Welsh language broadcasting is needed, according to BBC Wales' director.
Rhodri Talfan Davies made a speech at the National Eisteddfod after the UK government published a Green Paper on the BBC's future.
Mr Davies said it is vital people have their say in the debate, adding that the discussion "is not just for the politicians".
He spoke to BBC Wales arts and media correspondent Huw Thomas.
