Minister Ken Skates tries trapeze during circus visit

Deputy Culture Minister Ken Skates took to the trapeze to announce funding for a contemporary circus company.

He took up the chance of a trapeze lesson during a visit to NoFit State Circus in Cardiff.

The company, founded nearly 30 years ago, is receiving a £24,000 grant to enable it to stage its successful Bianco show in New York next year.
