Are Welsh arts on the up?
These are testing times for the arts - budgets are tight and it is often cultural pursuits that are under the greatest scrutiny.
But this year has been a good one for Wales at the world's largest arts festival - the Edinburgh Fringe.
More than 21 companies have presented their work there. So are Welsh arts on the up?
