Head teacher 'confident' Coed Eva Primary School will recover

A head teacher has said she is "confident" her school will recover from a blaze which gutted the infants and nursery building.

The fire broke out at Coed Eva Primary School in Cwmbran, Torfaen, at about 02:25 GMT on New Year's Day.

Gwent Police said three 14-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy had been been arrested and bailed pending further inquiries.

Gill Ellis said parents, pupils and staff were "one large family" and would move on from it.
