Macur review: Abuse victim disappointed with findings

A victim has said he is disappointed by a judge's review looking at an inquiry into historical child abuse.

Steve Messham said it was "outrageous" that Lady Justice Macur found the scope of the original Waterhouse Inquiry was not too narrow.

That inquiry looked into the abuse of children in care in homes in north Wales between 1974 and 1996.
