Welsh farmers' fears over milk price 'crisis'

Hundreds of Welsh farmers have travelled to London to join a rally to raise awareness of the "crisis" facing the industry.

Dairy farmers say they are struggling to cope with fluctuating milk prices and warn of "devastation" to west Wales if the situation does not improve.

They are joining about 2,000 farmers and supporters to march through Trafalgar Square to Downing Street.

A letter of concern will then be handed to Prime Minister David Cameron.

Farmer Carwyn James said there was a feeling of "hopelessness" among farmers on the issue.
