Admiral boss Henry Engelhardt praises 'can do' Wales

The chief executive and co-founder of one of Britain's most valuable companies is marking his last day in the job.

Cardiff-based insurance group Admiral is bidding farewell to American Henry Engelhardt.

Admiral employs more than 6,000 workers in the UK, including offices in Newport and Swansea.

Staff in Cardiff all wore personalised T-shirts as part of a surprise for their boss.

BBC Wales business correspondent Brian Meechan met Mr Engelhardt, who said both Cardiff, Wales and the business have come along way in 25 years.
