University Hospital of Wales on neurosurgery's importance

The University Hospital of Wales is making its expertise with neurosurgery as a key part of its bid to be picked as Wales' first major trauma centre.

The Cardiff hospital already sees 350 patients a year but could take more if it is chosen to be at the hub of a network of trauma units.
