Foster children placed outside home country 'scared'
Dozens of children from Wales are currently placed in foster care outside the country.
Figures vary between local authorities, with 15 children from both Blaenau Gwent and Newport in care outside of Wales, but none from Carmarthenshire.
Action for Children said some children were being placed "hundreds of miles away".
Dr Jael Hill, a consultant clinical psychologist working for the charity in Torfaen, said such children could feel "really scared".
