Brexit: Do you like yours hard or soft?

The UK will face the EU Commission across the table in Brussels on Monday as the Brexit talks finally begin.

But what kind of Brexit will they pursue? Hard Brexit? Soft Brexit? Maybe a red, white and blue Brexit?

BBC Wales' Cemlyn Davies took to the kitchen, with a bit of egging-on, to cook up a guide.
