Nigel Owens: Bulimia 'difficult for men to talk about'

Rugby union referee Nigel Owens has revealed he still struggles with the eating disorder bulimia nervosa.

The international referee said his illness was "not over" and remains an ongoing battle.

He added he hoped to reach out to other young people struggling with mental health.
