Four-weekly bin collection 'a struggle' or 'manageable'?
Plans to collect refuse bins once every four weeks in Conwy county have hit a stumbling block.
The council's economy and place scrutiny committee voted against changing from three-weekly collections, with some members concerned fewer collections could lead to more fly-tipping.
The final decision is due to be made by the council's cabinet in early December.
